The Effects of Ice Cream
I did my 60min lifecycle workout this morning at 80% MHR, and output more power today (220W @ 83% MHR @ 60th minute). I got off the bike, showered, and finally realised I'm not hungry. I won't skip breakfast, but I'm not hungry. I did 2 hours of workouts since dinner last night, and I'm just thinking I'm getting over the effects of that dinner and dessert.
I have a lingering injury on the back muscle of my left ankle. I wish it would go away. I do not want to take any time off. Argh.
