Anyone Got a Recipe for Tofu Salad?

This stuff is great. I buy curry tofu salad, and others at Whole Foods for $6-$7/lb. It's high in protein, and has some carbs as well! Anyone know how to make it firm? Someone told me to bake the tofu first.
