Undereating For Sunday
Ok, I'm done with calories tonight, and will go to sleep soon. Almost 4 hours of workouts, and only 2235 calories eaten. It's not like I'm very hungry now, in fact, I can't see how eating anything is going to make me feel untired or unsore. For dinner, I had a 200g vegetarian wrap, 225g chicken, a red grapefruit (230g), some yogurt, 90g potato. I'm beat, I'm going to bed. I have The Lady Vanishes from Netflix.
