87.6kg (Down 2.4kg)

After a few days of not moving the scales, I weighed-in at 87.6kg this morning. I guess it makes sense, since I certainly could not have gained weight over the last few days running about a 1000 calorie/day deficit. Ok, now to rehydrate before the morning workout.
