No Ride This Morning

Am I slacking off? Nope, just decided not to ride this morning. Will workout tonight. Weighed in okay this morning at 88.2kg, no change, which is good news, since I didn't work out last night. I have this irrational fear that I'll gain back the weight I worked off, after scheduled workout breaks. It's good to keep track of calories so this doesn't happen.
