I'm A Short-Order Cook

Everything I cook is in a skillet, and it's frying up some kind of meat, then saute'ing some vegetable. Tonight I bought some salmon burgers from Whole Foods, turkey sausage, organic bread, a large salad, and baby bok choy. I made dinner out of all of this, and it totaled up to about 865 calories. My daily calories total up to 2000, and I'm definitely satisfied.

We had a sub in spinning tonight, as all the regular instructors are attending some kind of 24 Hour Fitness indoctrination camp. This guy was very Richard Simmons, and turned up the music and yelled a lot. People loved him, and talked to him after class. I will withold judgement.

one of my new year's resolutions this year was to make the spinning class my bitch at 24hr. i actually didn't do it enough to say it's my bitch, but the ones i did do were great. there's no question as to whether you're getting a great work out when you're done.

and i'm pretty short order too, only it's on my grill. i grill everything. meat, veggies, put it all on!
