I took off both Friday and Saturday from the workout schedule, because I was pretty beaten up from the 9 straight days of workouts, and especially Thurday's run. Friday was a normal rest day, and when Saturday morning rolled around, I slept in because I knew I was still stiff and recovering.

I played way too much poker over the weekend. I ended up $-14, $+96, $-56, for a net of +$26. What a waste. I wouldn't have logged the $-56 session, except I went with a friend last night, and played in these unprofitable games. It's now Sunday "morning", and I've spent all weekend in a casino. At least I made a new low weigh-in today. I made breakfast when I got back in at 4:30am, and fell asleep. I think yesterday I had:

2 eggs, tortilla
Grape Nuts cereal
salmon salad, 4 crackers
some Reeces Pieces
Rubio's carnitas "street" taco (110 calories)
orange
chicken tender (removed most breading)
celery
banana
5 Starburst candies

Geez, this isn't much over 1300 calories. It looks the an anorexic girl's meal plan. Honestly, I wasn't restricting, I just ate enough to keep from being hungry. I'm going to the gym as soon as I can rehydrate, then I'll make it to Whole Foods, as my refrigerator is down to a few eggs and tortillas.
