My weightloss keeps moving forward. Nothing fancy, no starving, just eating Whole Foods, and working out. I can't remember everything I ate yesterday, but here's a partial list:
yogurt
pork filet, bok choy, tortilla
two tortillas
handfulls of Grape Nuts cereal
protein bar
seared Ahi sandwich
tofu salad
cracker and prosciutto
pear
I have no idea how many calories are here. I'm not holding off hunger or anything, but I had to eat the protein bar during spinning class.
