Rested Yesterday
I was pretty tired, and hadn't had a day off from exercise in over a week, so I didn't work out at all yesterday. I felt some stress around my shoulders and back, so I knew it'd be better not to do strength yesterday. I might not even push it today. I think the slight tendonitis in my knee came down after yesterday's rest as well.
I'm moving up on the scales, but I'm not worried since I know what my caloric intake is. I also notice that the body fat % is consistently moving down on the meter, so I'm not bothered.
Right now, I'm hydrating up for my morning workout to Stage 10.
