Morning Ride

Rode 60 mins this morning to Stage 10 of the Tour. Felt a lot better following the rest day. I ran my heart at 70-85% MHR, and at the end measured my power output at about 180 Watts for 80% MHR. Hopefully, this will move up past 200W @ 80% MHR when I get into better shape.

I bought a bunch of various nutrition bars, to spread out my calories during the day (instead of eating 1200 calories at night).
