Travelling Today
I'm travelling a few days for work, but I'll try to get to the gym tomorrow. I'll definitely get up in time to do a workout, but I'll need to borrow a car to make the gym. I might just end up doing push-ups, squats, lunges, crunches, dips, etc. in the hotel room. So far, a co-worker said he'd go to 24 Hour Fitness with me, but he's making excuses now, and I'm on my own. I had Chinese take out today, and I ate plenty, but probably didn't over-do it. I'm glad I got the morning workout in. We'll see how tomorrow goes. Food isn't too bad a temptation, but I have to remind myself to keep portions small.
