Back On Track
I worked out in the building's gym at lunch, doing 15 + 5 + 20 = 40 min cardio (stairmaster, cycle, run). I plan to make it to Outdoor Fitness Camp tonight, broil some fish, then watch my TiVo'ed The Biggest Loser Week 6.
I'm on a fitness and weightloss mission, while looking for the best take-away food around.
