Saturday Food Audit
I did 2 hours of workouts yesterday, and I also ate a fair amount. Let me add it up, to see how I did.
2 turkey sausage links + 25g crackers
turkey sandwich (Starbucks)
2 carne asada tacos (Tacos El Gordo)
2 $.25 vends of Reeces Pieces
potato soup + 4 saltines
scrambled eggs + 2 slices whole wheat toast
partial beef taco salad
That totals up to about 2400 to 2500 calories, which is probably the right amount for the hard workout day.
