Didn't Count Calories Last Night
I didn't eat crazy, but I didn't weigh food either. It's been so long since I've done that, and I've been losing weight without it, that I forgot to do it. But, when I got on the scale this morning, and was a 0.2 kg higher than yesterday, I figured maybe I better count calories until I hit my 75kg goal.
For dinner, I had a salmon burger, probably 100g humus, 40g crackers, 40g muselix, 30g banana, 200g tofu salad, 100g tabouli salad. I guess that's a lot. Let me take a stab at the calories = 450 + 120 + 160 + 120 + 60 + 320 + 120 =~ 1350 calories. Okay, that's a little too much. The day's total was probably about 2350, so I was only about 350 over.
I'll try to weight everything today.
