Tasty Food Diet

I'm on a fitness and weightloss mission, while looking for the best take-away food around.

79.2 kg

Another reasonable food day yesterday, another low weight this morning. Breakfast: 1 egg, tortilla, chicken; Lunch: fish sandwich, 5 pc sushi; Snack: peanuts, chips, apple, energy bar; Dinner: 280g buffalo steak, veggies, muslix, milk, grapes. I estimate this to be about 2000 calories.

Congrats! That's a good amount of food for 2000 calories, sounds like you are eating smart.

Eating smart is definitely one of the keys for me. I had a 100 calorie bag of chips they sell at 24 Hour Fitness. The energy bar was also one of those 100 calorie deals. I'm careful about eating peanuts. I used to weigh it, but now I just go very slowly. It's all about respecting food, and how it was a scarce resource for millions of years. Hopefully, you've heard all of this before, it's really the way we should all view food.

I view food as a sex toy.
