End of First Day
Just finished dinner, a great beef salad with corn cut from the cob, fresh onions and peppers, and 15g of salad dressing. Really good 440 calories. Not a bad calorie day @ 1830, and an almost 2 hour workout (110 minutes). Tomorrow is a return to work from a very nice 4-day weekend. I'll need to bring in sandwich stuff, to keep better track of my lunchtime calories. If I get really ambitious, I'll wake up early enough to work out 60 min to stage 4 of the Tour. Then, in the gym session, I can limit myself to 20 min cardio and strength. We'll see.
